We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a 50% service charge, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
We strive to accommodate all clients promptly. However, if you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to adjust or shorten your service to avoid inconveniencing other clients. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for missed appointments or late cancellations.
While we adore children, we aim to provide a relaxing experience for all clients. Please make childcare arrangements, unless child is being serviced, before your appointment to maintain a serene environment for everyone.
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. A valid credit card is required to secure appointments, and we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for missed appointments or late cancellations.

We do not offer refunds; however, if you are unsatisfied with your hair, we will gladly adjust it at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to take photographs of clients before, during, and after their services for marketing and promotional purposes. By agreeing to these salon policies, you consent to the use of your image for these purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your stylist or a member of our team.
